U2 Get On Your Boots - RTÉ Sport Review of 2009

I worked on a fairly exciting piece recently, a U2 music video! Wheyhey! U2 collaborated with RTÉ Sport for the closing sequence to the Sporting Year 2009 in what was a fantastic project to be involved with. The idea was to create a big U2 concert which celebrated Irish sporting achievements of 2009. The music, green screen footage and concert footage were kindly provided to RTÉ by U2. It was edited and produced by RTÉ's Dave Berry and I played the role of VFX artist. The compositing involved 3D tracking, plenty of colour grading, background plate design with sporting footage and LED screens and green screen keying (breathe).
